The First Step The Personal History Statement:

The applicant completes a Personal History Questionnaire that identifies

       Education and Work Skills

       Employment History and References

       Residential History

       Character References

       Patterns of Illegal Activities

       Substance Abuse

       Driving History

       Integrity

As the applicant completes this step, they are reminded that the remaining steps of this pre-screening session will uncover false statements or omissions and we stress the importance of complete candor in their answers.

The Second Step The Psychological Survey:

The applicant completes a standardized psychological inventory.This validated technique by NCS Reid London House corroborates positive and negative characteristics detected in the first step.Through a series of general questions, this technique measures the applicant's attitudes toward honesty, drug avoidance, workplace violence and safety consciousness.It also:

     Gauges the applicant's truthfulness during the first step

     Identifies derogatory attitudes that typically affect job performance

     Predicts the applicant's ability to relate to your customers

The Third Step The Integrity Interview:

The applicant is interviewed by our investigators who are professionally trained in the Reid Interview and Interrogation Technique which is recognized by law enforcement professionals as one of the most effective techniques designed to detect deceit and dishonesty. The candid information elicited from the applicants during this step yields information that is not typically found in applications or through traditional records checks.Our investigators continually stress the importance of being candid and remind the applicant that our investigation will corroborate or dispute their information through interviews of previous employers, character references and a search of public records.When advised of our corroboration process, many applicants become more reticent concerning their personal history and clarify previous claims or indiscretions asserted in their applications.

The Fourth Step:

Upon completion of the applicant testing and interview phase, we corroborate the applicant's information through a series interviews and records checks.In most instances, we are able to notify our clients within the same day and follow up with a detailed investigative report within one to three business days.

Many of our clients prefer to add additional services such as drug screening, credit reports, driving history reports, education verification, and other available services for an even more comprehensive background report.
